I’m back! And just in time to get ready for Valentine’s Day. Are you ready to check out the cookies that you will fall in love with? Yeah, that was cheesy, but I couldn’t help it. Let’s check them out…

#1: Elephant Black Forest
This one was a fan favorite, and if I’m being honest, one of my favorites. My own little variation on the traditionally delightful Black Forest Cake. It all starts with a sinfully dark chocolate cookie. Next, I made a a dark sweet cherry filling, instead of maraschino cherries. On top of the delicious chocolate and cherry combo is a creamy vanilla cream cheese icing and dark chocolate tart cherry curls.

#2: Red Velvet
Like the classic cake, this has got all of the elements you want in a red velvet. Sweet, soft, chocolatey red velvet cookie packed with white chocolate chips. Is it filled with cream cheese icing? Of course it is! It’s also topped with a thin layer of that delicious cream cheese icing and garnished with white chocolate curls.

#3: Strawberry Sweetheart
This cookie is packed full of love and strawberries. It starts with a real strawberry vanilla cookie base, it’s filled with a center of sweet strawberry coulis, and topped with a lightly lemon royal icing.

#4: Chocolate Chip
It’s the OG and it’s always here. A perfectly crunchy and chewy triple chocolate chip cookie.

#1: Peppermint Cookies and Cream
Well, this is pretty much as straight forward as it sounds. It’s a perfectly chewy cookie packed with cookie bits and peppermint white chocolate chunks. The top is filled up with a peppermint white chocolate ganache, topped with cookies and cream icing, and sprinkled with peppermint white chocolate shavings.

#2: Chocolate Orange
We always had chocolate oranges around this time of year growing up, they are my moms favorite, so I always associate this flavor with this season. It’s a dark chocolate cookie topped with chocolate orange ganache, chocolate icing, and candied orange sprinkles.

#3: Spiced Butterscotch
This one also seemed seasonally appropriate with its warm, spiced flavors. It’s a brown sugar oatmeal cookie packed with butterscotch chips and white chocolate chips. It’s topped with a fluffy spiced bourbon icing and drizzled with more butterscotch.

#4: Chocolate Chip
It’s the OG and it’s always here. A perfectly crunchy and chewy triple chocolate chip cookie.
