Coby Barbar, MBA '25, networked his way from the classroom to a career, thanks to the Oregon MBA.

"The Oregon MBA played an important role in preparing my career," he says. "The program sharpened my leadership and communication skills and deepened my understanding of sports product development. The experiential learning trip to L.A.B. Golf and the strong network I built through the program were also key in helping me land this position."

A month ago, Coby started as a Project Manager for the Product Team at L.A.B. Golf.

Meet Cami Wilson, MBA ’25, who's making waves at Wasserman in New York right after graduation! As an Associate Manager, Creative Strategy, Cami connects consumer insights with cultural and industry trends to develop campaigns for iconic brands like Taco Bell, Hulu, and Disney Branded Television.

While at Oregon, Cami found endless opportunities on campus, learning both in and out of the classroom.

"During my time in the program, I dove into internships, broadcasting, and networking trips that pushed me out of my comfort zone and sharpened the skills I use every day in the fast-paced agency world," she says. "My internship through UO Warsaw Sports Business Center and Women In Flight gave me hands-on experience in marketing, event planning, and campaigns—all of which translate directly into my day-to-day at Wasserman. FOREVER grateful for the Warsaw and Oregon MBA family. Sco Ducks!"

🌟 Student Internship Spotlight 🌟

Oregon MBA student Nicole Danilevsky has been selected for the 2025 Summer Capstone Internship!

At Octagon, she'll be collaborating with a team of fellow interns to develop a full strategic and experiential marketing pitch for a new category on behalf of Octagon. She'll receive mentorship from industry professionals, participate in skill-building workshops, and present our work directly to Octagon’s executive board.

"This opportunity combines many of my interests: collaborative problem-solving, creative storytelling, and the intersection of sports, entertainment, and brand strategy," Nicole says. "I am looking forward to gaining hands-on experience, sharpening my skills, and learning from professionals across the agency."
