We were proud to have Ashley Horner represent Summit Bank as a panelist at the RMA Women in Banking event in Central Oregon.

Ashley joined other women leaders in banking for a meaningful conversation on career growth, leadership, advocacy, mentorship, navigating challenges, and creating more inclusive pathways for the next generation of women in financial services.
