People Forgot What Natural Looks Like!



I think social media and the fitness industry have completely changed what people think is naturally achievable.

Everywhere you look, people are being flooded with fake expectations, contradictory advice, filters, shortcuts, performance enhancers, and unrealistic transformation timelines. At this point, a lot of people genuinely don’t even know what a natural physique looks like anymore.

That’s one of the reasons I started documenting my own journey honestly.

I’m 100% natural and always will be.
No steroids.
No performance enhancers.
No extreme cutting methods.
No fake online persona.

Just years of consistency, discipline, whole foods, nutrition, recovery, and learning how my body actually responds to different foods and habits over time.

I think real health is supposed to make you feel better mentally and physically. Not exhausted, miserable, and obsessed.

Most People Don’t Understand Pelvic Tilt.







Most people have heard the term pelvic tilt, but don’t fully understand what it means.

Anterior pelvic tilt happens when the pelvis tips forward.

Posterior pelvic tilt happens when the pelvis tips backward.

Using the bowl analogy makes it much easier to visualize how different muscles influence pelvic position and movement.

Understanding this concept can help improve:
• Posture
• Core training
• Exercise technique
• Muscle isolation
• Body awareness
• Movement mechanics
