🎉 Thank you to NAWDP - National Association of Workforce Development Professionals for their feature on Collaborative EDO's Community Collaborative & Industry Luncheon in partnership with Lane Workforce Partnership! This year, more than 220 business, education, and community leaders came together for a powerful message: business belongs at the center of workforce and economic development.

Keynote speaker Francie Genz, Co-founder and CEO of Formation and a national leader in Next Generation Sector Partnerships, pointed to Lane County as a case study for what's possible when industries organize and stay engaged over the long haul. Her framing was clear: sector partnerships aren't programs with an end date, they're infrastructure built to last.

The result? Renewed employer commitment, stronger connections between industry and education, and real momentum toward new industry-led action committees across construction, healthcare, technology, transportation, wood products, food & beverage manufacturing, bioscience, creatives, childcare, and hospitality.
