Interesting technical on what we are doing almost 20 years ago. Finding the impedance at each specific frequency can make a huge difference in performance. Some woofers jump all over the board pending what music note they're playing. Which can cause an amplifier to have substantially less output at those frequencies. JL Audio is notorious for a fairly flat impedance curve.
