COPE Study

The Center for Family Development is offering their popular Pregnancy Support Group on Wednesdays from 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM. This 6-week group supports pregnant individuals at any stage of their pregnancy. Through a generous grant from United Way of Lane County this group is FREE of charge.
Through the group, participants will connect with other pregnant individuals and receive guidance on:
• Stress management
• Healthy bonding
• Information about pregnancy and infant development
• Strategies for paying attention to mood
