What if there is nothing “wrong” with you?

What if many of the thoughts, emotions, and patterns you’ve spent years criticizing yourself for- actually make complete sense when you begin to explore and understood where they are coming from?

I’ve been sitting with that question for a long time.
Not because I think life is easy, or because painful experiences somehow make sense; I know They don’t!

But because, over and over again, I’ve had the privilege of watching people discover something incredibly freeing…
That while what happened to them may never make sense, the ways they learned to survive it often do.
And when that understanding begins to replace inner doubt with curiosity, something remarkable happens.
Often, People stop blaming and thus fighting themselves and instead begin to meet themselves with a little more compassion.
A little more curiosity.
A little more hope.
And a lot more understanding of how similar we ALL are.

That has changed the way I see therapy.
And thus as of now......
It’s also changing this page.

Over the coming months, you’ll notice something different.

My goal is this page becoming a place where we explore the psychology, neuroscience, trauma, attachment, and nervous system behind the human experience—not to label people, but to better understand ourselves and one another.

Because I believe understanding changes the way we see everything.
