Braised Restaurant

Hey friends, unfortunately despite our goal to be back in action this weekend, Braised Baby and Chef Alan both got hit by a nasty sinus bug while Mrs. Braised was out of town, so we are going to postpone re-opening a bit longer.

BUT Chef Alan is taking this downtime to start recipe testing some “sweet” new ideas!

We will let you know as soon as we’ve recovered!

UPDATE: Well the early birds came out and got their Corn Dogs! We are sold out of dogs for today, but still have some paneer!

*just a heads up, as our main fryer will be busy with this special, we will be offering chicken bites (smaller pieces) instead of our usual chicken strips!

Hey y’all, we will be closed this evening, Friday the 24th, to help prepare for a large event tomorrow, and to stock up on the cart so that we don’t run out of tasty food too quickly this weekend!
