Behind every great rodeo is an incredible team of volunteers.

Here in Estes Park, like hundreds of communities that proudly host rodeos, it’s a dedicated group of people working behind the scenes who make the Rooftop Rodeo a reality. From merchandise and production to royalty, Mutton Bustin’, arena operations, hospitality, parking, and countless other areas, our volunteers work year-round to ensure the Best Six Days of Summer go off without a hitch.

Today, we want to give a special shoutout to our amazing volunteer team—more than 100 strong! Their passion, dedication, and countless hours of service help preserve the western heritage of the Estes Valley while creating unforgettable memories for our contestants and fans.

To every volunteer who gives your time, talent, and heart to the Rooftop Rodeo: thank you. You are the backbone of this tradition, and we couldn’t do it without you. 🤠
