Another important read on why suing the City of Escondido makes no sense!

In a recent letter to the neighborhood, ECCHO admitted the truth about what a lawsuit will achieve: "In the end, Michael Schlesinger will continue to own the property and would undoubtedly bring another development proposal to the City"

So according to ECCHO, suing will UNDOUBTEDLY result in a new plan being brought forth....one with WAY more homes than were approved in the villages. But worse, a lawsuit actually KEEPS Schlesinger in control because New Urban West cannot purchase the land.

Let's stop throwing good money after bad. It is time to move forward, not pursue divisive and frivolous lawsuits.
