Keep dogs out of grass areas.

GATE CODE CHANGE REMINDER!

The current gate code will be replaced with a new code effective by the end of day on June 1st, 2023. Please contact mgmt for the new code.

GATE ISSUES ‼️ : Seabreeze is aware of the ongoing issues with the community gates being stuck in the open position. We are currently working with a vendor to make repairs.

**PLEASE DO NOT EXIT THROUGH THE ENTRACE OR ENTER THROUGH THE EXIT** This is a major safety hazard!!

If your vehicle (or one of your guests) is seen using the incorrect gate for entrance/exit you will be CITED AND FINED.
