🔧 We’re Hiring: Process Technician – CNC Machining 1st Shift🔧

IMC is growing and looking for a Process Technician to support and improve our CNC machining operations. If you enjoy problem solving, optimizing processes, and helping a shop run efficiently, this could be a great fit.

You’ll work closely with machinists and leadership to troubleshoot issues, improve cycle times, and keep production moving.

What You'll Do:
• Troubleshoot machining and tooling issues
• Improve cycle times and production processes
• Assist with CNC setups and process documentation
• Support operators with technical questions
• Help drive continuous improvement on the shop floor

What We're Looking For:
• CNC machining experience (mills and/or lathes)
• Strong mechanical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read blueprints
• A team-oriented attitude and willingness to help others succeed
