Blue Line Sales is now handling jersey orders for the Escanaba Area Junior Hockey Association (EAJHA). To order, simply fill out our custom Google Form. You’ll provide your name, phone number, and desired jersey number, among other details.

Key Info:

* The form may indicate if your chosen number is unavailable. If so, you can adjust and resubmit.
* Payments are required before we order jerseys. The deadline for payment and final submission is June 20, 2026.
*If you are unsure of how to complete the google form, stop in at Blue Line Sales and we can manually do it instead.

Player Jersey Form Use this form to register a player for a custom hockey jersey. Jersey numbers are reserved by division and will stay with the player throughout their time in the organization. Skaters may not select goalie-only numbers. Goalie-only numbers: 00, 01, 30, 31, 32, 35, 39

All gear from the 2025-2026 season is due back by May 3rd. If you’d like to re-rent for the 2026-2027 season, please stop into Blue Line Sales to do so. If not, return by May 3rd.
