It’s out with the white birch and in with the oak to match at Mary and Joseph’s house. Mary lived with the mismatched colors for many many years. She finally got her wish to have all the cabinets match.

Ken wanted to surprise Amy with this fancy bidet seat for Mother’s Day. She is out of town and I was able to get there today to get the gfci outlet installed as well as get the water supply and seat set up for her return. No easy task running the power from the attic down to behind the toilet.

Brian reached out about adding air conditioning and an easement window that he was told would bring his ADU up to code. Got it done for him in two and a half days. He definitely wanted to overbuild the header above the window to avoid issues with the city. So he got a 2x12 up there!

Built this step out and railing for Pat today. She is struggling with balance issues and this will help her get out to enjoy her backyard.
