The Bayfront East Side Taskforce is officially putting out to bid the full interior renovation of our property located at 449 East 3rd Street, Erie, PA 16507.

This is a prevailing wage project.

We are seeking qualified construction, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical contractors interested in submitting bids.

Mandatory open house:
Friday, May 15th
10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.

All contractors wishing to bid must attend the open house to view the property and receive details. All in attendance will receive a bid package containing details of the renovation.

Bid submission deadline:
Friday, May 22nd by 1:00 p.m.
