MCRC - Multicultural Community Resource Center is excited to announce the reopening of our newly renovated Infant Room, helping to meet one of the most critical childcare needs in our community.

We're looking for caring, compassionate, and dedicated individuals who understand that nurturing infants is more than a job - it's an opportunity to help shape a child's earliest experiences and lay the foundation for a lifetime of learning and growth.

As an Infant Teacher, you'll provide a safe, loving, and engaging environment where babies can thrive while partnering with families during some of the most important developmental stages of a child's life.

✨ 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬: ✨

• CDA, Associate's Degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or a related field preferred
• Prior experience working with infants in a childcare setting, preferably as a Lead Teacher
• Strong observation and communication skills
• Ability to develop and implement age-appropriate activities
• Patience, flexibility, and a positive attitude
• Ability to pass a physical examination
• Most importantly: A genuine LOVE for children

• PA Child Abuse History Clearance
• PA State Police Criminal Record Check
• Federal Criminal History Record Information (CHRI)
• National S*x Offender Registry (NSOR) Clearance
