Happy Fourth of July Weekend!

Our office will be closed today Friday, July 3 in observance of the holiday.
We wish everyone a safe, fun, and relaxing Independence Day weekend.

Demolition is complete, and we're excited to officially kick off construction on The Ives II! 🏗️

Located on the same block as the Calcon-built The Ives, this second phase of the community will bring 98 new affordable apartment homes to Wheat Ridge, including one-, two-, and three-bedroom residences. The four-story development will also feature tuck-under and surface parking, office space, and a welcoming outdoor courtyard for residents to enjoy.
