Training my clients to me is much more than the physical... itβs about syncing together the mind body and soul ππ½πͺπ½ππ½
Back like I never left, havenβt touched over 225 in a few months today I hit 255 for 1 failed at 275. Iβm coming for 325 this year as a personal goal.
I feel like setting short term and long term goals go hand in hand. The long term goal is what you ultimately desire, so the short term goals in that case should be the steps that get you there.
Sometimes we plan and succeed but more often than not we plan and fail, donβt feel discouraged keep fighting for the end goal by constantly setting up short term goals to knock down.
What are your goals for for this month? Or this year?

ππ¨CLIENT TRANSFORMATION π¨π.
I just want to send a huge shout out to my client and friend Lali Ann !! Whoop ππ½ πͺπ½ she started her fitness journey about 5 months ago, she was already committed to bringing out the best in herself when we met back in November.
Since working on her diet and undergoing strength training Iβm proud to say she is down 20+ lbs in just the last 2 1/2 months down 64 TOTAL since September! π€π½
