One last post before I return to normal activity. If you have never watched fireworks from a beach then you are missing out. I put so many hours and so much energy into work that these moments with my people are some of my most cherished memories. I’m truly grateful to everyone that supports me in my work. This allows me to have moments like these!

Zach called me after watching the sale of another one of my listings and said he knew I was the one for him. We walked the home, I gave him the details of what we would do to get it sold and that’s exactly what we did and for $15k over list. Congrats Zach, well deserved 👏🏻
