JR Butler is currently seeking Logistics Coordinator to join our team. The goal is to optimize manufacturing production by controlling the schedule, material deliveries, and inventories. Logistics will work closely with Purchasing for all material needs and budgetary requirements.

We need someone who is precise, accurate, can create and maintain good relationships with vendors, good communication with peers and superiors, problem solving skills, maintaining a positive attitude, and can delegate responsibilities. Job Responsibilities and Requirements:

Schedule material deliveries
Work well with purchasing agent
Proficient in Microsoft Excel,
Be capable of raising problems to supervisor
Manage Phase Trigger Board
Able to clearly communicate MFG status to all applicable departments
Manage PTB based on build over when materials will be received
Communicate with department leads when processes not being followed correctly
Inventory management
Receiving – checking to make sure received what was ordered
Stored Inventory - are we where we planned to be in shop
First point of contact from field to shop
The ability to balance the schedule of field deliveries
Monitor blue rack capacity both in the field and in the shop
Monitor trailers both used for storage and for shipping
Work closely and maintain good relationships in manufacturing
Balance workload with available delivery slots
Compensation & Benefits:

Starting Compensation: $45,000 annually depending on experience.
