Whelp, this 2019 Dunn cab is hands down THE best California cabernet in this always-humble opinion. The first three times I had this bottle were on day 2, day 5 and day 9 after it was opened. The amount of perfectly structured fruit is just masterful. We were able to get one of the allocations for Colorado, and I don’t think these will be around after the holidays. They’re $229 each. And wholly worth jt. Thanks for this exceptional vintage.

Mmmmmmm… when the heart wants white Bourgogne, and when it hits, it hits, and this is definitely the one for tonite (and forever!)(willing to put money down), thanks for this weekend win. For $37 treat yourself to a pocket of paradise. It’s lush and precise, elegantly flowy like haute couture but for a very small fraction of the price. Would go back for more 100% of the time.

Enjoying one of the last few bottles of The Fox and the Goat, “Le Renard et le Bouq” from , one of our fave Gamays, two friends who keep good company. Thinking about le renard, one must always come to Saint-Exupéry, whose fox kept our little prince on his toes. Rings true for cette vin aussi.
