What a day! Everything ran so smoothly. All they need is a good cleaning and they are ready for the closing.

Packing day for a client. It’s always emotional for our clients. We let them say good bye to the home and then leave us so we can do our job in the most caring and efficient way.

We cleared out an estate today on Park Avenue in NYC. We met the auction house and their movers at the apartment. The apartment was packed and loaded on the trucks from 9 am to 4 pm today. Wow! I wasn’t sure this could happen but it did. We also brought a shredding company in today. Our client lives far away and trusted us to handle all of this for her.
