It may not be the most exciting stage of a remodel, but it's one of the most important.

We're walking through a basement that's starting to take shape, making sure the spaces feel the way we expected them to on paper. This is our chance to verify room sizes, confirm electrical locations, and make sure the layout functions the way it was designed.

We're also capturing measurements for furniture and flagging any adjustments that need to happen before construction moves forward.

Making changes now is much easier than making them after the walls are finished, which helps keep the project on track and avoids costly surprises down the road.
