Hey everyone — just wanted to post a quick apology and update regarding a few recent orders that went missing in transit.

Unfortunately, some shipments got held up due to issues with a courier service I’ve since stopped using. I’ve now switched back to traditional Royal Mail, and to make things right, all affected orders were personally re-posted by me today — each with new tracking links sent directly to the customers.

Massive thanks to everyone for your patience and understanding — genuinely appreciate how supportive you’ve all been while this got sorted. 💙
