Cold Stream Sno-Riders Snowmobile Club

Club meeting! January 30th at 7pm at Barnes Brook.
Come join the club and help us with our trails.

If you are unable to make our meeting but would like to join, we have membership applications at Chip’s Citgo and the Enfield Town Office.

With that being said……

We have been busy!

Our club has had a busy off season so to speak. The crew has worked very hard at improving our trails for this upcoming season. We have built 2 new bridges behind Enfield Station School to avoid the water holes. Signs designating the bridges are up with more to come.

This is a huge additional to our trail system!
This improvement will make a much safer trail for all to enjoy.

There is still much more to do for our trails as you can see in the pictures. If you’re interested, come to our meeting and see what else we have planned!

If you would like to join Cold Stream Sno-Riders Snowmobile Club this year, we have a few different ways for you to do it.

There are membership forms available at Barnes Brook Golf Course, Enfield Citgo & Service Center and the Enfield Town Office.

We have also included our membership form here for anyone to download.

Club Meeting Update!

We will be moving our club meeting to next Thursday March 9th at 7pm at The Barnes Brook Club House.

We are grooming!

It has taken awhile to get everything up and running this year but we are finally grooming!

The groomer went out last night towards Burlington and will be headed towards Enfield later this week.

Even with the snow and cold there are still some parts of our trails that are not frozen solid and/or don’t have enough snow pack. The heavily wooded sections of our trails still need more snow.

We also have a plowed section of our trail in Enfield going through the tree farm. As always, respect our landowners, be cautious and please stay on the marked trails.

We appreciate everyone that has helped with trail work this season and welcome anyone that would like to join the club. Applications can be picked up at the Enfield Town Office, Enfield Citgo, or The Barnes Brook club house.

Trail Update: The last couple weeks have not been good to our trails. We lost almost all our snow base and the water from the warm up didn’t help. Everyone take caution as our trails have open water and ice hazards like this one next to the power line on Hammett road. Be cautious if you are out, current riding is spring like conditions. Stay safe and respect our landowners.
