Hi Friends! Here’s your “no kidding” post… it’s hot out! 🥵 Use caution during afternoon hours in peak heat and sunlight if you’re outside or doing strenuous activities. HYDRATE HYDRATE HYDRATE! Check on elderly neighbors and make sure they’re staying cool and hydrated. Many communities have cooling centers to help those who don’t have access to air conditioning or other means to cool off. Look out for each other!
