Job Overview:
Jonathan's Restaurant is seeking an experienced and personable Bartender/Server to join our team. You will provide both table service and prepare beverages, serving the lunch and early dinner crowd in a relaxed, family-friendly setting. Your shift will begin at 10:30 AM and end between 5:00 PM and 6:00 PM, depending on business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Greet guests and provide excellent customer service
• Take accurate food and drink orders, accommodating special requests
• Provide attentive table service, delivering food and beverages promptly
• Prepare and serve a variety of drinks, including cocktails, beer, wine, and
non-alcoholic options
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked bar area
• Process payments using the point-of-sale system
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including setup and cleanup of bar and dining areas
• Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth, timely service
• Uphold the laid-back, family-friendly atmosphere
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations

Qualifications:
• Previous experience as a server and bartender is preferred
• Knowledge of American-Italian cuisine and beverages is a plus
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and remain positive in a fast-paced environment
• No certification required
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
