BLAST is thrilled to announce the cast of our upcoming production of Come From Away, opening Season 6 at the Cider Mill Stage!

Directed by BLAST Artistic Director Rob Egan, with Assistant Director Matt Gaska and Music Director Rich Choe, this remarkable musical will open on September 11, 2026, commemorating the 25th anniversary of 9/11.

Based on the true story of 7,000 airline passengers unexpectedly stranded in the small town of Gander, Newfoundland, Come From Away is a powerful celebration of kindness, resilience, and the extraordinary connections that can be found in our shared humanity.

The production will run for two weekends, and tickets will be available soon!

While our cast is nearly complete, we are still seeking one performer for the role of Muhumuza. Muhumuza is an African passenger whose warmth, optimism, and faith help tell one of the show's most moving stories. The role requires a strong singer and actor who can bring compassion, humor, and authenticity to this unforgettable character.
