Endicott Fire Department and Endicott Professional Firefighters Local 1280 proudly congratulate Captain Paul Higgins on his retirement after more than 30 years of dedicated service to the Village of Endicott.

Throughout his career, Captain Higgins served with honor, integrity, and compassion. He was the kind of firefighter every department is proud to have—someone who led by example, looked out for his brothers, and never lost his passion for the job.

Beyond the firehouse, Paul proudly represented the fire service for many years as a member of the Edward P. Maloney Memorial Pipe Band, honoring firefighters and keeping tradition alive at ceremonies across the region.

Captain Higgins leaves behind a legacy of service, friendship, and leadership that will continue to influence those who had the privilege of serving beside him.
