🎯 **Catch us at the Southern Tier Community Center on September 3rd from 6pm-8pm.** It's going to be a knockout event with team fitness challenges, brain games, nutritional wellness, and of course, some SPLAT! Sumthin' magic to top it all off!

🏀He will go over the do's & don'ts as well as providing some useful and helpful tips for a long injury free sports career.
