Another one sold! -This month!!!

Interest rates dropped yesterday!
From the week's high of 8% to 7.4%
While not the lows of the recent past- still better than the 80's and 90's
This increased buying power and will also open up sales for sellers.

Don't be SPOOKED by what you hear or read.
Houses and condos are still selling and loans while up, are still less than 40 years ago!
Rules: Don't buy short term. If you buy now, interest will drop and you can refinance.
Because everyone is freaking out- prices are dropping, so that good deal can offset the interest rise.
If you want to sell- have something worth buying.
Be real- look at your place through a "buyers eyes"- not yours
The market varies- but someone is always buying and some is always selling
