It's a busy day at The Ryan Martial Arts School: 3 students in a row who are learning more each time in their 1 hour long jam packed, physically intense instruction in the Dynamic Combat Method, DCM. And if you think an hour isn't a long time, then see what you think after you've been sparing with Richard Ryan using DCM for 60 min! Then a special Quick Defense Training class for the 4th of 6 classes in the QDT program for a young up and coming actress, Mackenzie Coffman, who is heading to Hollywood to live and work and wants to be safer once she's out there on her own. In a few minutes it's back to the RMA school to work out the fight choreography for yet another Feature film I'm doing choreography for and acting in! It's a great day to be alive!!
