Meet Elizabeth Stone! Based in West Los Angeles, California, Elizabeth Stone, MS, OTR/L, is a licensed Occupational Therapist with experience in acute care, inpatient rehabilitation, neurological recovery, and holistic wellness. Since 2009, she has incorporated Equiscope® microcurrent technology into her practice, drawing from her background in occupational therapy, therapeutic yoga, neuromuscular therapy, and integrative health.

One of the most rewarding aspects of Elizabeth's work is seeing the progress clients can make when innovative technologies are combined with evidence-based rehabilitation. Throughout her career, she has worked with individuals recovering from stroke, Guillain-Barré Syndrome, Multiple Sclerosis, orthopedic injuries, prolonged hospitalization, and other complex neurological and medical conditions.

Rather than relying on a single modality, Elizabeth takes an integrated approach to recovery, combining Equiscope technology with occupational therapy, therapeutic exercise, yoga therapy, caregiver education, lifestyle modification, and other individualized interventions. Her clinical experience spans acute hospital care, inpatient rehabilitation, skilled nursing, home health, and private wellness practice, giving her a unique perspective on recovery across the continuum of care.

Today, Elizabeth primarily works with individuals transitioning home after acute rehabilitation or skilled nursing care, helping bridge the gap between inpatient treatment and outpatient therapy through personalized in-home support.

For years, Rafael Haubert thought pain was just part of the journey.

As a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu champion, coach, and one of the pioneers of BJJ in the UAE, Rafael spent decades pushing his body at the highest level. But over time, constant pain in his hip, back, and left leg became something he simply learned to live with.

Doctors told him it was part of getting older. Part of the wear and tear. Part of the sport. Then everything changed.

While in Abu Dhabi, Rafael received an Equiscope protocol focused on the pain running through his left leg, a pain he had dealt with daily.
