Happy Wednesday! If you haven’t rolled out your mat yet today, we still have 3:30pm foam roll with the lovely Carmel, 4:30pm hot yoga with Bubba and 5:45pm with May. Tomorrow we will be closed for the day for a new heater installation (we reopen Friday). See you on the mat!

Stoked on Marck being around this week! Make sure to catch one of his classes. It’s always good to switch the routine and try something new so come check it out. He teaches an all levels vinyasa-style class. Super good vibes and fun 🤩 ❤️

Specialty class tomorrow @ 3:30pm! This will be a foam rolling class in the heat 🔥 Come sweat and get a self-massage at the same time with the amazing Carmel Trejo! Carmel has over 20+ years of bodywork and movement experience. She is an avid hot yogi, Pilates connoisseur and a master of Thai massage. Also, she’s one of the loveliest humans you’ll ever meet.
