Congratulations to our lovely sellers who just closed escrow on their longtime family home in Carlsbad. This was one of the most beautifully maintained homes I’ve ever had the pleasure of selling. On top of that, our clients went above and beyond to implement our recommendations as it pertained to preparing and staging the home, and the property turned out looking absolutely incredible.
Even though the house was perfect, this was not an easy sale. We had to deal with multiple buyers backing out of escrow for various personal and job related issues. Congratulations to and for completing our first flip together as a team! We purchased this home in the end of June and spent 2 months designing and managing the renovations which completely transformed the space. The updates included a brand new kitchen with custom cabinets and quartz countertops, new LVP flooring and carpet, fully renovated bathrooms with custom vanities and beautifully tiled floors and showers, updated lighting, and fresh paint throughout.
