As the COVID-19 pandemic continues to affect our lives, our focus remains around the well-being of our patients and employees as our top priority.

To ensure that we collectively protect the health and well-being of all Californians, California has ordered a statewide mask mandate and the California Department of Public Health (CDPH) is requiring masks to be worn in all indoor public settings, regardless of vaccine status, for at least the next four weeks (December 15, 2021 through January 15, 2022).

Our office is included in this statewide mask mandate, and masks will be required upon entering.

While we continue to wear our masks, sanitize tables after each patient, limit our waiting room to max 3, we are happy to let you know that Dr. Cook, Chris, and Kathy are all vaccinated for COVID-19. We want to make sure our patients and staff are as safe as possible. In return, we please ask that you put on your mask prior to entering our office, keeping your nose and mouth covered at all times, and please give other patients sufficient space, when waiting to check in or out with the front desk. We want everyone to feel comfortable and safe while in our office. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Happy holidays! Our Encinitas office will be closed Tuesday, December 24, and Wednesday, December 25, and our San Diego office will be closed Wednesday, December 25, and Thursday, December 26. We wish you & yours the happiest of holidays!!

Dr. Cook will be out of town the week of February 25, 2019, returning to the office on March 4, 2019. Chris will be in the office from 8a-2p M-Th of that week to return phone calls and schedule appointments for when he returns. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
