Jose, our drain technician, pulled their toilet and pulled out heavy root build up from there and then cabled the pipe, restoring flow at drop. He made several passes and went full cable length. He installed a new wax seal on the fl**ge and reset the toilet. We later scheduled an appointment for a camera inspection.
