In the wake of 2020, many of us are feeling overwhelmed, stressed, and exhausted. Now, more than ever, we need to find ways to nurture our well-being in order to thrive personally and professionally. I am so thrilled that my friend and colleague Jacinta Jimenez’s book “The Burnout Fix” came out last week. She talks about science based strategies on how to overcome burnout and build greater resilience. Excited for this amazing resource.

What does the arena look like for you right now? How are you showing up and being brave? Arenas can be in so many parts of our life whether it’s building our business, taking a promotion, motherhood, trying to conceive after miscarriage or making new friends after we moved. It doesn’t matter what the arena is, to show up and dare greatly means to be vulnerable, dig into our values and take risk. Love this quote from and illustration from . Getting to use Brené Brown’s work as a therapist is one of my favorite things.
