I know that conversations about the nervous system are all the rage right now— but I honestly think there is no better time that RIGHT THIS VERY MOMENT to be blowing up the autonomic lexicon.

This is it people. We are witnessing and and experiencing EVERY EFFING THING through this very lens. This conversation is about taking back our bodies. It’s about educating ourselves so we recognize that our own self directed efforts are the entry point to healing the parts of our own systems— and the greater systems— that are dysfunctional. Honestly, I believe this is the most important conversation of our generation and it’s our duty to engage it. Your willingness to participate is directly proportional to the healing of the world. Waking up + change— it’s starts with one person and ripples out through the entire web of the planet. Taking better care of yourself means taking better care of everyone around you. Community health is planetary wealth. Let’s do this.
