We received this beautiful email today I want to share with you:

Good morning American Telegram,

I cannot thank you enough for the extraordinary above and beyond service I received this morning from the telephone representative . . .

I really wish I remembered his name, my apologies, so much going on today, but he informed me about critical details I missed while submitting my online request. He made suggestions and understood the urgency and importance of the situation. He stayed on the phone with me until everything was taken care of, even calling the church and funeral home. He didn't even charge me until he was certain that the task could be completed. Through it all, he made sure the telegram was delivered. I am VERY thankful.

Please if there is any way to track who helped me . . Please award him with whatever accolades or congratulatory gifts are appropriate.

Additionally I would like to thank AMERICAN TELEGRAM for the person or team that hired and/or trained him!

Also thank you for whatever corporate policies are in place to allow such support to exist.

I cannot thank you enough for helping me cancel a contract successfully! During these times of employees working remotely, I know it is much more difficult to reach a live person for confirmation that a message (telegram) was received and acknowledged in a timely manner. Roger followed up diligently to ensure that this had been done using multiple methods of delivery, and that the cancellation was accepted. It was because of his persistence and tenacity the task was accomplished before the deadline. What a positive experience I had working with Roger to take care of my request! He is a credit to your company. With employees like him, I understand why 800-Telegram is so highly rated by your customers. I will recommend this business to my friends and family.
