Sometimes the answer is to slow down 🤔 I know how annoying that can sound but truly it is one of the most basic but yet most powerful things we can do. To slow down our movements, our breath,to be more intentional with our time. That simple change can influence not only our physical bodies but our mentation as well. Try making a small change first than tackle the bigger ones, maybe start reading for 10 minutes a day.
