Reflection:
You’ve been holding everyone else up.
But who’s holding you?

God is.

His arms don’t get tired.
His strength doesn’t run out.
His grip doesn’t slip.

You don’t have to be the hero.
You don’t have to be the rescuer.
You don’t have to be the strong one.

You can collapse into His arms and still be safe.

Prayer:
“Father, hold me today. I’m tired of holding everything together. Let me rest in Your arms.”

Close your eyes.
Breathe.
Imagine God holding you steady.
