Let me introduce y’all to a very good friend of mine. Ohio State Highway Patrol Sargent, Rickie Sartin.

A couple of years ago. I was asked to do a couple pieces on OSP recruitments. My guess is they were hard up if they’re coming to me. I said I would do it if one of the Troopers to be interviewed - was Sartin.

For the photo we picked the Lorain County Airport as a backdrop. My buddy Herb drove me out there and hooked us up.

While there we went to Herbs hangar and got a tour. While in the Hangar we happened on this nice little piggy. Sartin insisted on having his pic taken with the pig.

He such a trooper, I mean good sport.

Now this was back in 2022. I’ve held this pic cause I know how you people can be sometimes. Sartin assures me, he can take it.

Well, this is becoming a habit. I happen to find these two fellas that were not camera shy - at all.

They both struck poses for my camera one night. One with a finger raised and the second fella tried to FLEX. (He did the best he could)

I can’t really remember what year this was, just that it was many years ago. So long ago, both of these “gentlemen” have retired from EPD.

Now I’m free to show these pics.
