Elsberry After Prom is selling tickets to win a basket of lotto tickets worth $225. All money raised goes to providing a fun, safe, drug- and alcohol-free event following this year’s prom. Tickets are 1 for $5 and 5 for $20. It can be delivered to winner within reason or we will ship the prize. Venmo, cash, and checks made payable to Elsberry After Prom will be accepted.
