Dear Club Members,

We are writing to inform you that our pool will close for the remainder of today, Saturday, June 6th, due to a safety incident involving broken glass in the pool area.

Out of an abundance of caution and in accordance with our safety protocols, we have taken the following steps:

• The pool area has been closed and is being thoroughly cleaned.
• Our team is vacuuming the pool to remove any glass debris.
• Our certified chemical treatment specialist will inspect and treat the water to ensure it is safe and free of any glass.
• If glass is found in the water, we will be required to fully drain and clean the pool before reopening.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. The safety of our members is our highest priority, and we will not reopen the pool until we are fully confident it is safe to do so.

This also serves as an important reminder: glass of any kind is strictly prohibited in and around the pool area. This rule exists to protect every member, adults and children alike, from this exact type of situation. We ask all members to please help us enforce this policy going forward.

We will send out a follow-up communication tomorrow once we have assessed the situation and determined our next steps regarding reopening.
