You, my friend, are a gift.
Over the past 10 years, I’ve spent hours of my time with my eyes closed, envisioning your most joyous days. Your smiles, your friends and families gathering and laughing. I illustrate the backdrop to those precious moments filled with togetherness and celebration, hoping to bring even more smiles to your faces and awe to your hearts. I picture your faces, lighting up this life with your joyful existence. I think of the quiet moments of your morning before your event and I layer those images in my mind with flowers so lush, or vibrant, or intricate or effortless that they become a seamless part of your experience and engraved into your memories for years to come.
This year so much has changed. In many ways temporary and others have an air of permanence which has yet to be determined. With all of the cancellations and postponements, it was important for me to honor each of you and your needs while maintaining Ipomea. In this experience we have grown together. In business and in our humanity and understanding of each other. You’re my community, my family, my friends. I am so grateful.
