B3 Pilates
Horseback is more of an intermediate exercise. I would use the 3 versions here for different people depending on what need they present to me that day as I watch them move. One of the beauties of the method is its adaptability.
The arm series is not sexy but beneficial for so many people. For me, my mid spine does not like to bend in this direction. With the support of the barrel it allows me to practice moving my arms around in space to see how my shoulder girdle responds (sometimes not great) and practice the extension of my mid back and upper neck.
Please note this exercise series is not for everyone. Conditions past and present in your body need to be considered. Finding an expereince Pilates teacher that understands the Pilates method is a good place to start.

The Jump Board. It's just FUN! Great way to end a lesson.
It's HUMP DAY so I had to do 3 barrel options for the 100 BUT....there r so many possibilities for the 100. There r reasons why u would choose one over the other. For example the barrels r going to challenge my center and the push through bar will help with my reach and connection to the back of my legs. What do u need for your 100? What might be missing? Comment below and let's see what we figure out?
