Take the time to think through your goals and create mini-goals to help you get there. Review them often to stay focused. 🧐

If you're intent on achieving your goals, you're more likely to make them happen! ✅ Having a destination in mind sets you up for success. 🏆

You're not alone! If you recall, the Planning Fallacy is our tendency to be overly confident and unrealistically optimistic about how quickly we can complete tasks. Overcoming the Planning Fallacy is a game-changer - here’s one way to do it:

✅ Estimate the time needed for your tasks
✅ Jot down your estimated time in your planner
✅ Get that stopwatch out and track the REAL time it takes to complete the task
✅ Record the actual time in your planner, and mark it with an "A" for accuracy
✅ It's all about gathering data, folks! Do this for 1-2 weeks or until you have 7-10 solid data points
