New addition

After the Milwaukee 2025 floods we’ve been putting together specifications for finished lower levels that will withstand the next hard storm event . We spec waterproofing tiles by (yes not all tile is waterproof,you gotta verify the data) as well as water submergible thinset & epoxy grout by
When using these products we can rest easy that out clients will be covered next time
It also makes the teams work easier and more efficient

On the baseboards we did a 12” PVC board installed over a Z shadow Chanel with the drywall so the next flood doesn’t reach the drywall preventing it to get wet.

Bathroom works
